(1) DETERMINE YOUR FAMILY’S PERSONALITY

Let your family’s personality determine the location. Kids not wanting getting wet or getting sand on their toes? The beach might not be for you? But if they enjoy climbing trees, searching for bugs, then a park or wooded area might just be the ideal place for you.

(2) LET THE SEASON DICTATE IT

Wind, rain, high surf, bugs are just a few examples of the challenges a location may have depending on the season/time of the year. A quick research on the area where you’d like to have your session done will definitely help make your session go smoothly and avoid some of these challenges.

(3) POSITION OF THE SUN

This one is something that you might want to consult with your photographer. Our style is heavily dependent on great lighting so feel free to get in touch with us if there is one specific location you’re seriously considering. We’d be glad to help
